Kyo-Fukuro obi (京袋帯, "Kyoto pouch obi"). The Kyoto fukuro obi is a mixture of Fukuro Obi and Nagoya Obi.  Fukuro obi is made so that the part that will not be visible when worn is of smooth, thinner and lighter silk.  When worn, a fukuro obi is almost impossible to tell from a traditional maru obi.  Nagoya Obi is shorter than usual Fukuro Obi.

*Temari balls are a folk art form and Japanese craft toy that was introduced to Japan around the 7th century A.D.  Actual Temari are made from embroidery may be used in handball games.  Historically, temari were constructed from the remnants of old kimono, pieces of silk fabric would be wadded up to form a ball, and then the wad would be wrapped with strips of fabric.  With the introduction of rubber to Japan, the balls went from toys to art objects.  Temari symbolizes deep friendship and loyalty.
